Austin Healey 100/6 vin plate and serial number question

I have a 1959 100/6, the factory vin plate shows a number of "BN4L-S/74978" there is another plate under the above plate stamped "serial number", with a number of 3653. The 3653 is positioned to hang underneath the BN4L plate showing the 3653 number. Does anyone else have this type plate...

TR4/4A Is there a difference between the "Body" number and the Comission Number?

I am filling out the request for a heritage certificate and it requests the Chassis/VIN Number, Engine Number and Body Number. I have the first 2, but wonder if there is a Body number as well. Thanks for your help!
