Just a gratuitous assembly picture of my buddy’s motor for his 1959 Bugeye going back together in SoCal.

He’s also getting a Datsun B210 5-Speed (IIRC).

I believe the B210 is the wrong gearbox. He needs the plain 210.
 
It’s most likely I’m incorrect with my nomenclature…. I’m just a mildly interested bystander.

I just liked the picture, and was happy (for him) that his car is finally going back together…. It’s been down for a bit…

PS…. I may also (incorrectly) influenced by the fact that a couple of different buddys had B210s back in the day…
 
Talked to my buddy…. It’s a Ford T-9…

Might be the Moss kit.

And I agree, was wrong about the “B” on the Datsun trans…. Thanks for the correction!
