I use Dupli-Color caliper paint in silver. Good to 500 deg.

Whatever color you choose (my preference is always satin black) just buy a hi-temp engine enamel aerosol. There's no need to buy into the marketing hype of "caliper paint," not when the engine paint I put on my cars still looks great after a quarter century (>25-yrs).
