Hi everyone.
We're about to install the fuel pump. However, the sheet metal behind the door sill has been replaced and the pilot holes are missing.
Can you send me a photo of the pump's location?
Which mounting bracket should I use?
Thanks
Francesco
The AUA36 fuel pump mounts directly to the LH heel board, no bracket. Uses two 1/4" BSF 1/2" long bolts. I think the heads of the bolts are thinner than normal so they didn't standout under the carpet. Roger Moment wrote an article about the fuel pumps fitted to the 'big' Austin-Healeys for the Austin-Healey magazine (AHCUSA) that is included as a supplement to the Concours guidelines.
