TR4/4A Vintage Triumph Register Build Codes

I have a build sheet from the Vintage Triumph Register that I got many years ago for my TR4. It has a bunch of codes on it under "Data" which I don't know what they mean. Does anyone have a legend for them, or know what they mean? I asked the current VTR and they didn't know. See attached.

Thanks for any help you can give me.

We all love puzzles.
What get out of this is the Destination was USA .
HTR means it had a heater installed.
590 white wall tires were installed.
and engine number is CT 3582 E

Thanks Charley, that is helpful. I wondered about the whitewall tires.
This car was dealer prepped with all of the racing options at that time, and came with a trailer. It has been raced since 1963. I suppose that engine is long gone. I know I've put several in myself over the last 4 decades.

Does "WW" indicate Windshield Washer?

I was so sure that "04057 CT" would be the ZIP code for the selling dealer in Connecticut; alas, 04057 is in Maine. Never mind that ZIP codes were first implemented a year after this car was built.

WW for windshield washer sounds right.
Also tonneau would indicate that a tonneau cover was included.

Here are the factory trace code explanations (see reverse side of attached):

Jim and Others,

Here's my take on the codes: LMX means left hand drive, imperial calibrated instruments, export build spec (USA), SR/BK LEA is Signal Red body/Black leather interior, WT/ST/WT don't know, TC is tonneau cover, HTR heater, WW windshield washer, 590 bias ply tires, white walls, 4057CT is body number, 3582E is engine number.
