Hello all,

I want to share my experience and installation of aluminum billet pedal covers with Triumph insignias. The old rubber covers were completely worn out. I am very happy with these aluminum pedal covers and expect them to last a long time. I purchased them from the Moss Motors catalogue. These covers came with screws that are 8-32. This size may change in the future. The instructions recommended certain drill sizes; but I went to the hardware store and purchased an 8-32 tap and drill set. The Irwin brand drilled and tapped all 9 holes with ease. I used a clamp to hold the pedal in place. After the first screw was installed the other two holes went quickly. The screws are allen-wrench head (supplied) and they come with a nut that has a nylon bushing. I used an 11/32 open wrench to hold the nut behind the screw. Threading the holes in the pedals keeps the covers very secure.
