Ok, I have a question about how can this valve attach to the radiator without leaking. See pics attached.

I have tried it mocked up and it’s loose on the pipe coming out. Am I doing something wrong here or missing a part somewhere?

Thanks.

Guys , I understand where the valve goes and placement , however I don’t understand how it goes on the one pipe protruding from the small heater radiator, does it just push on ? Is it suppose to be pushed on real hard ? I do have the gasket and rubbber o ring that goes on it . To me it just seems to go on loose on the pipe thus it would leak if I left it like that - any suggestions?
