Lotus 7 - help identifying parts

Hi all
Hoping to get some help to identify parts on a Lotus 7 replica I purchased last year.
Suspect it was made in England then imported to Hong Kong before making its way to Aus.
I’ve recently snapped the handbrake cable and are trying to source a replacement.

I’m not certain even what rear axle it has though I believe it to be an English axle which is a drum brake rear (fronts disc). I believe it has pcd 3.75” as it has Jupiter style wheels.

Can't be much help other than to say the rear axle is very likely an EnFo (English Ford) unit. From your other post, the car is a Caterham, you will need to determine when/what chassis version. But >HERE< is the British company supplying 7 bits.

If you remove and lay out the existing cable you may be able to visually ID the right replacement?

EDIT: One of the Caterham 7's I know well is a newer version, pic's in this thread ( nevermind the nonsense! 😉), one at the top, another just added at the end.

Oh wow that's terrific thanks so much.
I'm not sure it's a Caterham as it doesn't have the curved transmission tunnel and none of the numbers line up from what I understand, however that link to parts you've sent shows what looks to be exactly the cable I'm after-

I'd thought Ford also but the unusual PCD of the wheel studs threw me off that a bit. The Fords didn't seem to run a 3 3/4 PCD where as the Triumph Spitfire, GT-6 and TR7 all seems to.
However the car has so many strange bits and pieces on it, who knows how it's been put together!

All the English Fords I had were 4 X 4.25 bolt circle.
