Trying to help the current owner of a 1954 BN1 that needs a part for the choke linkage; see attached. Has anyone found a source for this pin in the US? I am hoping to be the new owner of this 100 next week, but we need to find this part. Mike

Suggest that you try British Car Specialists in Stockton CA and/or Healey Surgeons in Maryland. Looks like the factory part numbers are 1B2697 (trunnion) and 52K1023 (set screws). BCS carries them here.

Thank you Bob, very kind of you. I might try to pick them up next week, I am in Sacramento so very close.

Mike, I don't know how much knowledge/experience you have with Healeys. If you go to BCS, see if they can give you some tips on what to look for when inspecting a possible purchase. Or perhaps they could inspect it prior to purchase. They may already know the car.
Cheers
