Long silent

I have an image that can't be uploaded... The DC-3 of the Doobie Brothers known as the "Crewbie Liner". I shot it at Teterboro Airport in NJ in the late 1970's.
For the true aircraft aficionados...I'll post an interesting image from the late 1970's
This is a Lockheed Constellation at the Greenwood Lake, NJ airport. It's been used off and on as a lounge and now a center for a skydiving business. It was flown into the airport I believe in the 80's to a bout a 3400'. Sad to see it in this condition. There's a very good diner at the airport and the plane is the focal point of the whole area. If it were only painted it could look 100% better.
Good gray scale image, no idea what aircraft it is. Walt's right about it not being a DC-3/ C-47 tho.
Definitely not a DC-3, you can see half the jugs on a DC-3. That cowling is a lot tighter and more aerodynamic than a DC-3, it is a post war aircraft. Maybe a 50s airliner...
