"You need To Post 1 More Character" - WHY?

At least twice I've tried to respond to posts here,but this same messagekeeps coming up - WHY? I've amended my reply with "characters",but keeps getting the same reply-WHY? I HATE technology when it defies common sense. - Doug

That should not be happening. I have the Minimum Characters Per post set to "1" meaning that as long as you post at least 1 character, it should allow the post. (Which I will demonstrate in my next reply with a single character reply). If it isn't working then something else is going on, but I don't have enough info to know exactly what that might be.

See previous post - only one character! If it's not working for you, I have no idea why - it is configured to let you post just 1 character.
