I eat a lot of celery to help keep my cholesterol down. Just salt it up real good, smear a heap of cream cheese on it and wrap it in bacon and it's not too bad!

Me too, but my meds are not only for the thyroid, but cholesterol too... No grapefruit! Why isn't it with all citrus fruit I wonder?Another grapefruit lover here - but have to limit it because of thyroid med.
