So I was looking at a charity drawing on a popular charity fund raising site. This particular drawing was one in which the more you donate the more entries you get for the grand prize. On the bottom half of the page, there is a section titled "Stuff Our Lawyers Want You To Read." There, buried in the fine print, I ran across a weird requirement for entrants who happen to be Canadian. I say weird because all the Canadians I've known are quite good at math. I would love to know the rationale behind this requirement, and I'd love to know what the mathematical test involves (Solve PI to 7,000 places?)
