They are in a panic down here asking if school is going to be canceled.

Forecasting Snow Flurries and a low of 28!!! Black ice warnings running across the TV screen.

It's 23 here in central New Mexico and expected to get down to 19 - put at least it's +19.

A high of 51 on Thursday and 61 on Friday.

No chance for the flurries to stick around long enough to get the store shelves cleared of bread, milk and water.

When I was in Biloxi, Mississippi in 72 (Tech School) they had snow one day for the first time in something like a decade. Suffice it to say the Biloxi drivers were not accustomed to driving in snow conditions. Lots of fender benders.

Brilliant!

BTW Has been very cold here -20 C - a little warmer today and about a foot of snow to dig out - and still not as cold as Minneapolis! And yes would rather have a Nippy than be nippy (though it sounds wrong when you say it that way)

Lot of transplanted Minnesotans in Montana. They come here for the weather.

Maybe if you take a little nippy...

It's supposed to be 5 - 8 degrees here on Thursday.
Had a few snowflakes today,& there's a dusting of snow on the mountains.

Pleased to report there's no snow here at th' hovel. Prognosticators claim it may get to 59ยฐF as the high today. Looking at all the ugliness in th' higher latitudes, this ain't horrible.

17 here this morning, quite warm compared to our Northern friends. :rolleyes2:
