Hi Gents:

I took some time off the Midget while I finished up a bike. I needed something fun for the summer.

Anyway, I'm back working on the car in earnest. Prior to my PC crashing a few weeks ago, I had a great website of a retired gentleman that was doing all sorts of repairs on his Spridget. From memory, the car was white and the gentleman chopped the car into all sorts of pieces chasing rust.

Does anyone have the website bookmarked? It was a great reference for panel replacement.

Speaking of that, I had to patch in a few pieces where there was some rust. I always wondered why welds on spridegts look aweful. Now I know. The metal used on these cars is very difficult to weld. I think I'm going to try the TIG from here on out because it's too difficult with my little MIG.
