Googling the part numbers brings up a french
site that may be helpful.
GLB380 is a Sylvania 1157, extremely commonly used for taillamps and available at any auto parts store.
GLB989 is a little more tricky. It's listed as a T4W. Googling that brings up
this site which lists a 12V 6W lamp with a BA9s base as Lucas 989 or Phillips 12819. This does not seem to crossreference either. However, the French site lists it as a 6W bulb, and we know that a 12V bulb at 6W is 0.5A draw (P=VA). I can't find a reference for a 6W bulb by Sylvania but there is a 5W 12V with a BA9s base listed under 3983. I'd swear I saw these at autozone as well, though I can't find it on their website. I did find both on the Advance Auto Parts website. Hope this helps.
