I take photos of virtually everything when I disassemble something. However, I failed to do so in this instance a need some help. Is the "dash cone" for the steering wheel oriented properly in the attached image? When I took it off the dash to reupholster I didn't realize that it isn't concentric. As I have it now it is off-center to the right at the base and seems to be angled to the left where it meets the steering wheel. The wire for the horn is soldered to the ring on the right side of the cone as one looks at the dash. I am sure when I fit the dash back to the car, I will quickly discover the proper orientation; but, I would like to have it correct as I reinstall.
