Just to Update this request
There is no longer a Fax Machine in the office as it was not being used as most people now scan and e mail things
However i spoke to the Secretary of the Club This morning and overseas members its fine to fill in the Form that should have now arrived in the post and then take a close up picture i would fill in the form in Red Pen easier to see in a Picture and e mail that to the office at office@tvrcc.com
If your Confused by it all and are unsure who to vote for in order for the best of the Club you could do what many are doing and just tick the Chairman's box at the bottom and he will vote on your behalf
