Please, everyone, go to "My Stuff" then "Messages" and make sure your number of PMs in your inbox is not more than your allowed quota (there is a bar graph at the top on the inbox screen that shows number of message and what your quota is).
If you are a basic user (non-subscriber) you are allowed <span style="color: #009900">25</span> PMs in your inbox; Bronze=<span style="color: #006600">50</span>, Silver=<span style="color: #006600">100</span>, Gold=<span style="color: #006600">150</span> and Platinum=<span style="color: #006600">200</span>.
If you are over your quota, no one will be able to send you any PMs and you will not even know they tried. They will "think" they have sent you a PM, but you will never receive it. So be sure to keep you inbox PMs below your quota - VERY IMPORTANT IF YOU WANT TO BE ABLE TO RECEIVE PMS! I am going to suggest to the developer that they make a Popup message bug you when you need to clean out your inbox, but in the meantime, please check you box now and delete what you don't need. Also, note thet there is an option to "email checked PMs" first, then delete which will allow you to keep an archive record of any emails you delete from your inbox if you wish)
