After always building Healeys for others, we've just purchased a very early BN1 (Body 156) that I restored for a customer a few years ago, so I know it well. She's a turn the key, hit the button, ready to go, beautiful Healey Blue machine. We're very happy.
Come on spring!!!

Rich - Congratulations!!! on the new addition, but where is the first photo?
I just always thought any the new addition to your family would be a Longbridge.
Perhaps the next time?

Rich, I use Photobucket to upload photos, then click on the "img" line that shows up when you click on the photo. This copies the image data and then paste into your post.

Congrats and Happy Healey-ing, Rich!

I believe this is the car, somebody on the list posted a link:

Beautiful and well deserved.

Let me know if this is not the right car, I'll take it it down.
To add a pictured to your post, click on the 4th icon from the left in the editor, choose non-floating image and copy paste the url/link from the picture from that website in there.

cheers!

Rich - GREAT PHOTO of a GREAT LOOKING CAR!!!
I wish I could have been there when you agreed on the purchase price. What did you point out to the seller as to what was wrong on the car???

Um, honestly, he suggested a price and I asked if I could buy it for that price ,and it was done. Friends since 1978, plus he wanted it to go to a good and local home. It ws all good. Now the only thing I want to do is restore the original one piece solid perspex side windows that we didn't get around to doing before. Love'em.
Also to put together an original early tool kit.
There's always one thing more, isn't there?

Original solid perspex side windows....any restoration tips gratefully received. Shall we make this a new subject here or go off line?
