have pics cant post

Ok, this is really getting frustrating! I dont know what is wrong with my pics but when I try to put them in as an attachment I get an error message( too large) I have tried to make them smaller using wizard but I think they are still too large. Pics were taken with standard digital camera- nothin special so Im a bit confused as to why all the problems. Its probably something simple that Im doing wrong! Your help is appreciated

I use Microsoft Image Resizer which is one of their free XP Powertoys.

Like I said it is free and when installed it comes up when you right-click on a pic. It is the easiest, fastest, and best image resizer I have found.

Or host your pics on a site like photobucket(or one of the many other hosting sites) then use the URL to post them here.

How large are the files? I believe there is a size limit of around 250-300k for attachments. A standard digital camera image can be quite a bit bigger.

I believe that is the problem. Going to get the image resizer that spoke of and see what happens.

hosting your images at Photobucket or similar services automatically solves for resizing issues.

by copying and pasting the IMG code from the photobucket site I can even insert photos in a "Quick Reply". Sweet!

copy the address from you photobucket the when you post your BCF go back and edite , then use the image tool to put your address in and see what happens...
