Look for the JTIS - Jaguar Technical Information Service CD's and also from British Motor Industry Heritage Trust - JHM1178.
These have all the information known to mechanics that is reliable.
You ought to be able to locate these easily on EBAY. I have found that AllData and Mitchell both may have errors, and the other manuals are simply not detailed enough.
The JTIS has a second CD that includes technical Service Bulletins that should always be referenced when doing service.
Without these CD's I would never be able to keep my 96 VDP running.
All I do when researching a problem and repairing is look up the sections and print only the areas I need.
It takes a bit of reading to understand how the Jaguar manuals are organized, but once you understand how they fit together, it is not difficult.
Cheers!
