We're having 2 inch thick ribeye steaks grilled over hot coals, baked potatos with all the fixin's (butter, sour cream, shredded cheese, bacon bits, etc), and Guinness Extra Stout.

What are you having?

Ham sandwich, potato salad, macaroni salad, and a glass of cow juice. Hmmmm maybe I should have some of the 35lbs of sausages I made yesterday

Congrats to Chicago! Mebbe next year, Saints!

Fried plantains to start with a bottle of Merlot. Homemade chicken pot pies/empanadas for the main course along with more Merlot. Desert will be a couple of Hoptical Illusions with NE/IND football.

Piza.........

homemade chicken vegetable soup and cornbread.

How do you make your dumplings? I just add a few noodles but dumpling would really add to it.

the mrs. does it, uses bisquick and drops them into the bubbling mess, when they float, they're about done, really good! Great winter fare!

That's the good Guinness. The other stuff with the nitrogen widget inside is not as good as the Extra Stout. They are two totally different brews.

BTW, Sausages (both hot and sweet), onions, green peppers and roasted potatoes. Washed down with Sierra Nevada Pale Ale.

brown beans, salmon cakes, fried potatoes, collard greens, corn bread, and a cold glass of milk. Oh, German choclate cake for desert

tonight is red beans and rice with polish sausage and CAB to wash it down.

A "Wings" just opened up so I figr'd I'd give it a try. Not bad but I've had better.
Had the B.1 bomber and a side of rings.

Chicken and dumplings....thought I'd try that Bisquick recipe.

Ribs, potato salad, cucumber salad, tea
