Wanted *** wanted: front right frame section for 1967 BJ8 3000 ***

My 67 3000 was hit in the front right and not correctly repaired. Looking for a section of frame forward of the right side motor mount to include both lower control arm mounts and shock mount/coil spring area. Can include the motor mount but if not must be just in front of it to start where I need. Part or all of the front cross members going to driver's side would be nice too. Bumper mounting studs and shroud attachment sheet metal must be included. Don't need the wheel well.

Hoping someone in Georgia (Atlanta area) has something.

This car was hit several times in its life, at least once in the front. Frame is cracked in two spots of the box section on the RH side: in front of motor mount and ~2" vertical crack on RH outer side near motor mount (not shown). These can easily be welded. Bigger concern is shock mount. Are bolt holes in LH and RH shock mounts supposed to be in a straight line? RH side looks to be rotated back a few degrees due to the hit (clockwise looking down on it). See studs from the shoddy repair. Also rear most bracket for lower control arm is leaning inboard at the top. Likely alignment is way off.

This car is rough. Spent its first years in NY. Not necessarily a rust bucket, but it is a car of my youth I plan to get running/driving again. Hasn't run since likely 1975, the year my dad bought it. Only concerned about mechanicals at the moment. Not worrying about cosmetics, and I'm not concerned about cutting, grinding, welding in patches to the frame to make it sound.

Anyone have frame dimensions beyond shop manual for: shock mounting plates (side to side, surface angles), lower control arm brackets (side to side), vertical dimension reference points from top of frame or motor mounts to top of shock plates, etc? I can draw up and have laser cut fixtures made at work, and my brother gave me his old Miller welder. All I need to do is learn how to use it.

Probably need to remove the body to ascertain chassis integrity and alignment.

I believe that the VIN is stamped on the outside face of the shock mount. Might need to save that.

I learned that recently, and yes VIN is still present. Absolutely it will be saved.
