Yes, I do have personal experience in dealing with this company, I live here in Florida and I personally went to see them. The owner is a British man by coincidence only, because they don't really work on British cars. I had my interior done with them, I initially took and exploited view of my interior from a catalog and photographs in order to receive a quote and told them I would start striping the interior for them to copy each part as they have no molds. At the end it turned into a sour experience as they wanted to charge me for each individual piece I brought in after the seats were delivered to them, by the way it finally ended up around $1,200 with my striping the interior and re installing everything myself. I had it done in vinyl not leather. His comments out the door were that he might as well have given it to me for free since it was so cheap. Having said everything, the interior did come out nice, but you better request a written estimate!!
To anyone wondering this is actually my first posting since I hate to type. I have been reading the forum for a long time and finally I eventually got myself registered as TRtrouble, I have owned my 1972 TR6 since 1973, I have totally restored my own car and it has never seen a mechanic other than myself, by the way I am not a mechanic I am actually a Business Broker. I hope my experience with Trimcar helps you.
