It's a pipe plug. I just crawled under my TR3, and it looks to be a 3/8" fitting which would make it 3/8"-18 NPT. Might be 1/4"-18, but it looks bigger then that.

Definitely a very standard pipe thread. Get one at any plumbing supply shop. Or come by and I'll give you one. I have several, since I bought and installed some magnetic plugs last year.
