Spitfire Torque specs on rear spring bolt, Spitfire Mk3

I just rebuilt my rear suspension on the 69 Spit; Haynes says torque the spring bolt with the car on its wheels according to the spec, but doesn't say what that spec is. Anyone have the torque numbers on the bolts for the upright? Not just the spring bolt, but the one for the trunnion as well?

5/16 UNC x 5/8 setscrew

Every Spitfire clutch I have seen uses 1/4-28 fasteners, not 5/16. 22 ft-lb is way, way too much on a 1/4-28 bolt. Near it in the Haynes manual was a suggested torque of 14 lb-ft for another clutch component with 5/16 fasteners. I believe those two bolts and their torques were transposed in the table.

Anyway, my point is to suggest double checking the torque values using a couple of sources when possible. Goodness knows how many misprints and mistakes are out there.
