Today I fired up

my new blast cabnet for the first time after makeing a Spritenut water filter for it.

Boy is that a nice tool. Wish I had had it when I was doing Miss Agatha. It is so nice to get things really clean with so little effort. Heck, I should have had one 20 years ago.

So nice to walk out to the garage and work with it for 10 min then go inside where it is cool for awile, rince repeat. It is big enough to take care of most of the parts on a Spridget and just peels the old paint and rust right off.

I'm jealous as I don't even have an air compressor let alone a neat toy like yours. I'm sure it's been covered on another thread, but I am curious as to what media you're using and at what pressure? Have fun, Dale

Oh, I want one. I take my stuff to a cat near work, but it costs. Unfortunately, I've run out of space for large tools, and I don't have a press yet, either.

Useing fine sand and 120 lbs pressure. Except that I need to wait on my compresser just a bit works great.

OT quite a bit, so forgive me.... The other night I was watching episodes of Night Gallery on the net and saw the name Jack Laird. Instantly I thought, wow, could it be the same guy??! Just now I googled the name and learned that the OTHER Jack died in 91. So either you're not him or we're talking to a ghost! LoL I am FAIRLY certain it's the former!

Great tool to have Jack. I've used one at an Adult evening class I took once on bodywork. Sure wish I had the room for one. Enjoy it.

That is the other Jack Laird. LOL Glad I am not him.

Based on the thread title "Today I fired up" I was expecting an entirely different WAY OFF-TOPIC thread.....

Before I opened the thread I was picturing Jack in a tie-dyed T, w Greatful Dead playing in the background....

WHEW! Was I ever wrong!! What a relief!!

"Cheers!"

I'm with ya, Bear! I thought it was going to be a Cheech & Chong moment, for sure. I've got to check out the plans for the Spritenut water bong...
