The crank pulley and damper on my BT7 is a replacement from Sc Parts. Unfortunately, it hasn't got any timing marks on it. I presume that all Healeys had the crank "key" in the same place? Is there therefore a fixed number of degrees from the key to the timing mark on the original pulley that I can replicate on my pulley?

Myles, install the pulley and use a degree wheel to find top dead center, thats where the mark should be made to line up with the pointer on the chain cover. Follow the procedure for this in any camshaft degreeing instructions. I'll look for extra bulkhead throttle parts, I may have some. Kevin
