I couldn’t bring myself to try smoked horse. It would be like eating Bonnie and Clydesdale.I grew up eating paarden gerookt vlees. Smoked Horse meat on sandwiches. Not often but regularly. Dutch parents - doesn't taste like chicken.
(probably more like venison)
