Poor ole' Crypty has no shot this time.

Just remember, keep that vicious vehicle off of jack stands when Ben's around it and all will be well.

It's a delay tactics thing..... I'm conducting recon to get fermiliar with cryptys natural habitit, to create a more focused attack. hehehehe
Today is the rain forest, tomorrow sounds like a tour of the bay, later there are caves to explore and forts to discover.... in the mix will be a strong fot to break Amos loose from the crypt.
Dale and Wendy are gracious hosts. meeting us at the airport, and making sure we had some wonderful local food before guiding us to our hotel. I don't think Carnival cruise lines treats thier guests that well!
It early A.M. here and HOT already... Off to explore!

Yup, Ben and wife Gabriel are out on scouting missions
today just as Ben says: The rugged El Yunque mountain
rain forest national park.

https://www.elyunque.com/about.html

Meanwhile, the Crypt Car is snug as a clam in a mudbed,
broke down, thinking it will be weeks before the Amos
parts from Moss Motors arrive.

Je,je,je- Little does he know he's been double teamed.

Those parts arrived last night and this morning all threads
die and tap cleaned, gasket cut, components final cleaned,
primed and two coat painted.

Lurking just out of Crypty's sight is a completed Amos
set-up just waiting until a few hours of "Honey-do" errands
are completed and then real fast, parts will be installed
and Amos is gonna be cranked up.

Ben and Gabriel report they are approaching the base of
El Yunque and will soon begin the upward climb into the
rainforest. Ben reports the top of the mountain is
covered by clouds.

My guess, they are rain clouds. The visitors center
at the park is outstanding, they will enjoy their
travels today.

Now for Dale- it's out for a few hours of running errands
with the Boss. ( she who is with money )

later,

Crypty had DPO Pedro go out with a spy camera trying
to capture Banjo Ben in training for Wednesday's
big showdown. But a friend of Tinsters got to Pedro
before he could view the video clip.

I like Ben's style!! Check out Banjo's fancy footwork!!

Crypty is done for.

HA!!!

Day one ends with Amos delivering a powerful, right
hook directly to Crypty's nose. The Crypt Car never
saw it coming.

Amos' water pump and housing unit seemed to come out
of nowhere. Blam!- the entire unit gets installed,
coolant hoses hooked up, thermostat and temperature
sending units installed, fan belt looped and tightened,
coolant fluid added, battery connected, a coupla cranks and............................

WHAM!!! Amos is running the show with not a drop o
coolant fluid on the garage floor.

Amos ran for 40 minutes without a stutter and without a leak.
Crypty was so stunned he could not arise up with
a come back punch.

Dale, I don't want to get too picky, but that timing chain cover needs a shot of that black paint that you used on the housing....

Congratulations on a job well done.

DING!!!

Hey Canada Guy!!

Seen any moose in your yard lately, eh?

If the rain holds off, we are planning a morning
run aboard the red Mako for sightseeing the harbour
and maybe chasing after some tarpons or snooks.

After, most likely lunch on some cubanos or media
noches at La Castilla panaderia.

Wendy's at the dentist AM so might not be too hungry.

You getting any sub-zero C* nights yet?
