Basil, since I could not respond in the "Forum events", I thought I would jump in here!

I for one, am willing to wait as long as it takes rather than get a refund, unless of course that is the final option! The length of time really isn't as important to me as having what should be a rather unique piece of apparell that will allow us to "fly our colors" proudly!
Keep us posted on progress!!

I considered the funds as a donation to help the forum. The tee shirt is just a bonus. Kudos to you Basil for offering the refund though, shows character. In a good way.
 
I agree as well. I too considered the funds to be a donation, the shirt is just a nice plus to help spread the word.

Problem is as I see it: Basil doesn't have the funds anymore since he had to pay for the tee shirts up front - & he doesn't have the shirts either.

I don't want a refund. Whether or not the shirts appear. I haven't had a BCF shirt in the 2 1/2 years I've been a member, I can wait as long as it takes. Or not.

Is not right that Basil would have to refund money from his own pocket. Plus the aggravation of the Paypal fees. $20 isn't going to break any of us if the shirts never materialize.

Don't sweat it Basil. No one is running about nekkid because of a lack of shirts. We'll wait.

It isn't your problem Basil. It's ALL our problem. Had we not ordered the shirts, had I not instigated the shirt idea...

We're all in this together. I don't want your stinkin' money. If the shirts never show up, use my measley $20 for the site.
 
Willin' to wait here in the frozen north. would only sadden me to know that donations diden't eventually wind up benifiting the BCF in some way.

<span style='font-family: Verdana'><span style="color: #003300"><span style='font-size: 14pt'>I have received an email from Lee indicating that he is really trying to get the shirts done and shipped but he is moving into a new shop (I think he's starting a restoration business) and has been busy moving into his new digs the last couple of weeks.

I know he feels bad about this and he has asked that I give it until the end of the week before I give up and start refunding money. So I will give it until the end of the week but after that I am returning all monies collected for the shirts. I know some of you said you didn't want your $$ returned, but I really don't want to get into the book keeping of who I refund and who I don't. Its easier for me to just send it all back. I am hoping that I can get a confirmation by then.
