Spare Tire Bouncing Around

Just took delivery of a Bugeye. Took it for a quick drive around the block (it's not registered yet) and noticed that the spare tire, jack and lug wrench are bouncing all over the place if I drive with gusto (which is the only way you should drive these cars). How do you guys solve this problem? Is there a bag for the jack and a tie down of some sort for the spare that I'm missing?

There are loops welded to the floor in the boot where straps with hooks go to hold the spare.
It wasn't the the worlds best idea but it worked.
3/4" canvas straps in military green were original.
I used some 3/4 nylon once but have since welded a 3/8 x 24 nut to the floor and used the later sprite spare hold down.
It's just a bolt with a big washer.
Remove the gas tank if you weld that nut on because it's just over the center of the gas tank.
I wrap my jack and tools in an old tee shirt and sort of wedge them in the spare wheel.

you could just pack your trunk with all the spares you may need - then it would be too tight for ANYTHING to bounce around lol
