TR6 Rebuilder of TR6 Strombergs?

Hi,

I know I have seen it before on a web site of vendors that sell Strombergs rebuilds with the exchange of your cores. Any recommendations?

Apple Hydraulics and Joe Curto are the other two. Both are closer to you. That's not to detract from Palya's work, just an observation.

Hi and welcome to the forum.

This is an example of Jeff Palya's before and after work, but the others are good as well. The Roadster Factory did my first twin carb set and I was very happy with those.

Joe Curto does nice work. Rebuilt my triples on the TR.

As for Webers - those really are a very, very nice option, and look so butch too. They can make any engine look like the business and add HP.

Thanks for the tips, Jeff's was the site I remembered seeing before. My carb's are fine but I am trying to help out a friend in CA who has issues.

Paul, yes a MA guy and summer weekender on the Cape. I am not a CCBC club member yet, just a lurker. I did attend the show in Falmouth this summer, did the great cruise on Saturday and the show the next day. I saw your beauty and many others, great inspiration.

Have you thought of rebuilding them yourself?
I did mine...it was fairly easy.
