Are you talking about the seal, or the hub itself? The seal should come out using a screwdriver from the back side. Just realize that it will be junk and you will be putting in a new one. Don't hit and scratch the side of the housing, just go after the rubber seal part. If you are real classy, there are seal removal tools which are inserted from the bearing side and slip behind the seal. In order for the hub to come off, one needs a puller of one type or another. I'm doing that task, today, actually. Good luck
