One of these things is not like the others

Got our MGB home last week and I'm slowly (very slowly) starting the process of waking it up after sitting in a barn for the last 11 years. I'm hoping that the rest of the fleet shares with it the secrets of reliability and performance while they're in close proximity:

Your neighbors probably look at you strange like some of mine do to me. Lucky for me I only have 2 Miatas here. Both are 10AEs. Nice fleet. bob

Very nice collection. Looks like you need a bigger garage.

It's just me and the missus, and a one car garage! We're not good at sharing so we each have a 'good' Miata (mine's the black '99 in the driveway, hers is the black '05 Mazdaspeed) and one 'beater' (mine's the white '90, hers is the BRG '93). The '99 is the garage queen and doesn't cover a lot of ground just because I usually have to move a lot of stuff out of the way just to get it out of the garage. I think it only went about 1500 miles last year, though I already eclipsed that this year.

The neighbors do look at us a little funny but we haven't gotten any complaints. We live on a little dead-end road so there's not a lot of traffic. I expect a little static since the house next to ours is an empty foreclosure that someone is trying to sell, but there's not much anyone can do since everything's registered and insured. No HOA here thankfully.

The picture doesn't include the 'rainy day' cars (Mazda3 and 4Runner) or the trailer.

You'd think this would be enough, or more than enough, for two people, but just about every night I see the missus on her computer looking at Miatas and MGs on Craigslist. I have no idea where any more cars could be parked here. She says she's just curious, but the last time she got really curious about a car that '93 Miata showed up a few days later.

Bob67BGT: I love the 10AE Miatas. When we were first getting into them that was the first car we looked at in person and I've always had a soft spot for them. I 'settled' for that black '99 Sport but really have no regrets.

Hey, can you write me into your will? I have never seen a Hearse pulling a trailer. Nice collection! (wax on, wax off)
