Hi all - I have a 73 TR6, I live (retired) in SW Florida - have not rebuilt cars since my teens - 30 odd years now. My TR needed lots of help and now it is close to being a daily driver. Taking out the rear end tomorrow and RR the pinion seal. BTW I have installed a 123ignition distr. for those considering it I can share. I have rebuilt the carbs, redone some front suspension, redid clutch etc. replaced all coolant hoses, put in new bushings on trailing arms - did welding on frame and found that NONE of the fuel lines had clamps. No wonder some owners have gas smells! Redid brake master and some lines, and will be doing the muffler and pipes. Oh I did have a crack in the exhaust manifold and took it off and welded it with a mig welder my little handi mig worked great. I just spotted the area and ground it and redid it a second time then painted it with high temp black. Looks nice.

Welcome aboard. Lots of activity in the Triumph area here. Always good to hear of another car being well taken care of.

Thanks Drew - Hope to add as much as I get or More! Where in Utah - my uncle lives in Orem - spent a summer there back in the 70s - went to hunt topaz and shoot rabbits south and swim in Goshen? Will never forget the mormon gals - WOW!
