New to the board and new to the British Car scene with the purchase of a non-running TVR 280i project. Just saying hi!

Hi There benebob,

"Welcome" to the wonderful world of "LBCs" (Little British Cars), surely on "THEE" best site in the Universe.

Best Wishes with the TVR.

Russ

Greetings and welcome to the BCF. We are neigbhors. I am just about done with a LONG restoration on my TR6.
I'm always available to help anytime! You found a great forum... lots of nice people ready to help with answers to your questions.

Your right we are neighbors as I'm a Lancastorian as well . Love to see your TR6 sometime. I owned one for a few months in college. Bought it in NC. It was a project as well but changed schools about a year later after stripping much of the body and priming it. Wish I would've had a way to get it back here but at the time I didn't. I know I sold it for parts as it was probably not a car deemed restorable by the average southerner at the time as it was rough but very decent to one from the Northeast.

Hi, Benebob, and welcome to the Forum!

BeneBob,
Welcome to the car crazy group here at the BCF. I am a more distant neighbor up here in Allentown, home of America On Wheels. Be sure to post pictures of your project so we can all share in the pleasure of your progress, and be sure to stop in the BCF Pub for a pint or two when you have some free moments.

Enjoy the Ride!

Welcome to th' fray!

I'm a reformed Pennsy guy. West side. Quite a few of 'em here. :savewave:
