I thought it was an Arkley until I saw the description, so you make it ugly and you don't even save weight? I like this one, looks like it has more than a little rust, but also looks pretty original and unmolested in an interesting color combo with those rare full wheel covers. Actually I think the intent when the Midget came out was to distinguish it by making it a little more "upmarket" than the Sprite hence more chrome trim and probably those full wheel covers, I never quite understood how this made sense as the 3000 was certainly upmarket compared to the MGB, yet the go vice versa at the lower end, then again they probably couldn't figure out how to de-content the already Spartan early Sprites, what take the heater off the option list?
Well if you were the car show type this would make a great restoration other than being a little expensive. Those wheel covers are scarcer than hens teeth.
Well, that's one strategy: buy it for $300, sell the wheel covers, and junk the rest. OK, maybe get a few more parts off it, but I can't see anyone either completing that thing or restoring it to some kind of reasonable condition. Just too much work and money.

Steve, I should have quoted the Minneapolis car that Greg was listing....that is all original. That's what I meant. Not sure the first one is worth $300!!
