We had a 1959 TR3 and a Triumph spitfire over 40 years ago but sold them along time ago. This 1961 we shipped from Detroit to Washington State and are just getting used to it. Finding lots of great information on this website to help us get this car back on the road. We have already repaired trim pieces and carpeting problems. Next project is getting the soft top attached. Need to add the webbing to the frame assembly the forums were very helpful in describing that process. Found out the vinyl soft top was never on this car because the windshield snaps were are not in the correct place so that is the next project.
Already I want to thank the generosity of members sharing their expertise.

welcome and thanks for introducing yourself - great looking car!

That is sweet! Welcome to BCF!

By the way, I inserted your image as a full sided image in your post rather than just an attachment. (You can add images as either an attachment, which just puts a small thumbnail people much click, or you can user the "Add Image" icon in the editor to add your images "in-line" in your post.)

Cheers,
Basil
