Morning guys, feel a bit better this morning. Yep I got a six incher at this point. Miss Agatha will return to Huntsville when all else is done for some touch up and more clear coat and final buffing.

She has almost a gallon and a half of color and a gallon of clearcoat at this point. All over two hi fill primer and two part primer with lots of rubbing and such between the two part stuff and the last two primers. She is not perfect but very close at this point. There was no damage on the trip down except for a small spot under one of the turn signal lights and a bit of a fuzzyness where the bonnet strap was which will buff out without prob, it is like a light haze.

There are about eight pics starting here.

Today should see the bonnet stored and the body off the trailer and on jack stands.

Now keep in mind guys this is going to be slow but steady progress. I have no intention of slamming this together. I would expect that it might be driveable by spring and finished by next fall. Who knows. After four and a half months waiting for the body that does not seem like a long time at all.

WOW, I'm pretty speechless.

>Where's that jealousy gremlin?<

Okay, so I won't sell naked photos of her.....

I'm so relieved you made it home without damage...have you let Rickey know?

That is Sweeeeet love the colour /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/canpatriot.GIF

*STUNNED* speechless.

First two parts on, rubber suround at firewall for hood and gas tank filler rubber boot. I just could not wait.

She is unloaded and on jack stands. Hood and doors stored till needed.

And is slow to get it just right and not screw up the paint. LoL

Least it is all clean work now. I didn't even have to wash my hands before I came inside.

All the neighbors have been over I could have even sold it once already. And no it is not for sale, it is mine, watch my lips, it is mine. Well, maybe but no one would pay my price, wee, Barret Jackson here I come. Ever see a sprite go for 30K noop and you won't either till we long gone I think.

I wanna see a $30K BE roll up into my driveway one day soon... with YOU inna driver's seat, Jack! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Na Doc, I got this blue pickup that is great, even tows little cars nicely. Think I may have to spring for an alum special build trailer for Miss Agatha.

Well back to the garage. Think it might be time to hang the rear springs.

I may have to drive "up there" then. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/wink.gif

And then you'll have to install the rear end and front suspension. Voila' A rolling chassis.
Wish I could get in on the fun, Jack.

Rear springs in. Much easier than they came out.

Wife came out to the garage, very unusual. Brought me a pair of white gloves so I would not get the parts dirty.
Funny lady.

Looks good so far. Rear end hung but for shocks. Onward and upward. Tank and fuel pump next. Tomorrow I think.

Jack - go to your local autos parts house & buy a box of those nitral gloves....
