Too bad; the old propane torch is my favorite way. I'll grant you it's very smelly and smoky, though!

Barring that, the old vice-and-two-sockets trick should do it. One socket same size as or ever so slightly smaller than the bushing in a vice with the arm, and the other socket -- large enough for the bushing to fit inside -- on the opposite side.

On mine that end was already replaced with the poly, and they are snap to pop out -though I still needed to use the vice and a socket. The other end was a little tougher. I used some threaded rod and a deep-well socket (to catch the old one). I used the new bush to press the old one out, at the same time pressing the new one in. You have to be careful that the one going in doesn't rotate (or the grease hole will not line up with the zert). To do that simply make sure the end pressing in doesn't turn (that's why you see the extra washers on one side of my picture and the vice grips hold it from turning). But all you really need to do, is rotate the other end. After the brass bush is pressed home, it must be reamed to fit the trunion perfectly. The process is actually enjoyable.
