New to the forum. I have a 73 TR6 that I've owned for about 10 years, and I figured maybe this is the year I start driving it instead of just looking at it in the garage. It does have some of the standard TR6 issues such as stiff clutch etc. so I will be looking for lots of advise.

Welcome, Fred!

Lots of "Triumph nuts" here.

Good Morn`n Fred,

"Welcome" to "THEE" best LBC gathering you`ll probably ever find anywhere. There are bunch of us TR fans here and especially TR6s. Introduce Yourself and Your TR to the "Triumph" forum and have Yourself a Great Time.

Question. Have you been restoring your TR for 10yrs or has she just been taking a nap for 10yrs?

Regards, Russ

Russ,
Thanks for the welcome. I've been working on it for the last 10 years. Most of the work is done, but I've been chasing the stiff clutch problem for some years now which is the main reason I'm here. I've driven the car less than 1000 miles since I've owned it.

Hi Fred, and welcome to the Forum! :savewave:

Welcome Fred....
Had a TR6 just like yours, . same color and year.
great car..... wish I still had it.
I'd sell my BMW for another, but my wife would hate that !!

You might find one or two TR enthusiasts here if you look real hard! Welcome aboard!
