Yesterday I took my BE to it's first show. I have been working on this car for about two years. It had several mechanical problems that have taken quite awhile to straighten out. About a month ago it all came together and the car is running fine now. Thanks to many people on this forum I have learned how to cut carpet, bleed brakes, find a Harley mirror that will fit in the windsheild bolt hole, change to negative ground, recover the dash and many other ways to make my car better than new. I went to the "Brits at the Battleship" show in Wilmington, NC. There were 167 cars in the show. I was lucky enough to win 1st place in the Bugeye Sprite Mk I class. I could not have done it without all the help from all of you. I hope to have some pictures of the car soon to post.
Hooray for the BCF,
