TR2/3/3A Finally found the TR3 I've dreamed about

Greetings,
I found "The One".
I've lurked around this and other forums for years. I've responded to more ads than I can remember. I've made numerous trips out of state in my search. Yesterday I flew from Sarasota to Spokane and finalized this deal.
I'm like a kid at Christmas waiting for the transporter.
I look forward to interacting with my new fellow "enthusiasts".

Very nice indeed -- look forward to more details & driving impressions when you get your hands on it.

My wife could tell you (she's sick of hearing about it) that I've always really wanted a yellow sports car. Just never seemed to happen.

You might be sure and put a few Advil in the glove box....You will need them after driving with the big grin on your face for a couple of hours! Congrats...looks like a nice ride!

I admire and envy your project. I considered doing the same... nothing like saying you did it yourself.

Very nice indeed. "The one" is always worth waiting for. Is it a '59? Are those H6S's with a short intake manifold? I'd like to see a picture of the plumbing for the water heater on the right side -it looks like there's a 90 degree elbow pointing up added at the metal fire wall connector....

Great looking color.

1. Very Nice

2. Congratulations on Your Purchase

3. Drive that baby when it comes home, TRs are meant to be driven and
enjoyed and maybe also shown off to an adoring public)

Yes, '59. The SU carbs were added to replace some old webbers. I'm ignorant on the intake. I'll know more when the cars delivered. Same deal on the heater hose.
