Still haven't recovered from seeing the Barrett Jackson this year...........The prices on most American iron were outrageous.....and congrats to the Austin Healey that fetched 130 some thousand....Polish yours up Matt.........the price just went up.......well i'm aghast i wasn't there with a few Rovers to sell..........might have been able to fetch at least into the high thousands LOL........I'm taken back to when i had my original 1969 Rover 2000TC in the early 70's and my buddies had a 71Cuda 440 six pack,a 68 or 69 Plymouth Gtx, and a 70 Chevelle 396 SS respectivally..........The Rover was much more comfortable and blew their doors off on the highway as all were geared for burning the tires off the rear........But alas..........i again have a 69 Rover 2000Tc which may tip the scales in the single digit thousands at the Barrett-Jackson as opposed to those listed that seemed to be getting well into the hundreds of thousands........But i'm still telling you that my Rover is a much better riding and handling car than most all of them............and worth more than most i saw at the auction to me ..........Rovers forever......./ubbthreads/images/graemlins/driving.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/canpatriot.GIF /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/cheers.gif
