Set you TV recording systems early for this can't miss series profiling the modern day vintage racing scene in Europe. The in car filming is some of the best I've seen. Starts Sept. 4th check your local listings for Discovery Channel HD programing. This series really fills my racing Jones during the long winter months.

THANK YOU DOUGIE!!!

I have Shaken and Stirred recorded (and protected) from a couple of years ago, but I thought that they didn't produce these anymore. Are these from the Masters Series over in Europe? I still cringe when I watch the Aston spin into the wall at Spa...

I justed watched the LE Mans race very cool to see them running at night.
Footage was shot in HD looked great on the 60"!
the audio was great also.

I hope I'm not the only one watching this and wondering where in my youth or picking my parents where I went wrong. How the heck can you afford to run an XKE in these events and keep a smile on your face and a wife in the paddock making acceptable remarks about what might happen and still buy groceries on Monday?

Just finished watching the Magny-Cours race episode in France. The track looked more like what I'm used to here in the west. Keith Ahlers in his Morgan SLR Special was with us at GRL's Wine Country Classic and put on a great show.
I spoke to him about his very special car, nice chap it was great to see him on the podium, even though he had to get over on the big Healeys.

Great series!

It's about time someone offer an alternative to NASCAR...lol.

The Morgan, E-Type, AC Cobra and others are stunning examples of period cars, although I don't remember the original versions being quite so pristine and shiny.
