Hey guys, is there any info out there about TR3 interiors???

First of all, welcome aboard. This forum will be able to answer any questions you have about your TR3.

There are so many facets to installing an interior to a TR3, that it's hard to know where to begin. Let's just say that there are MANY of us who have done the job, myself included. Some of us have used kits, others have done it from scratch. It might be best to ask specific questions such as re-doing the seats, re-doing the panels, the carpet or the dash and cappings. All of those things are different in nature, and differnet vendors have different quality kits.

One of the best sources for info on getting started with interior work, is "How To Restore Triumph TR2, TR3 & TR3A" by Roger Williams. I bought mine at Barnes & Noble, but it is available on the internet. It's a must have.

That said, what Roger Williams doesn't cover (and there are lots of little tricks) can be answered here. So, don't hesitate to ask very specific questions. This great bunch of guys here will be able to answer ANY QUESTION you pose to them.

Edit: OK, we want to see pics of your TR3. That's a requirement of all newbies!

Brentwood. Isn't there some one else there too?

I would buy TR3Driver (Randall) a few cases of beer,if he partakes and befriend him immediately.

I found retrimming my TR3 a reasonably easy and very satisfying job. It is all very straight forward, but as has already been said ask and you will find the answer here!
Welcome to the best LBC forum, by the way!

There WAS someone else from Brentwood, but he is known more for a white Bronco than LBC's.

Welcome aboard Dan-

I suggest you NOT GLUE new carpets directly to
the floor pans of your car.

Hello Dan,

Fairly easy:

In Photoshop or other software, resize your photo to
5" width max at 100 dpi resolution.

Next, set up an on-line photo account at like:
https://register.photobucket.com/

It is free of cost.

Download your photo(s) into the Photobucket site.
Once the photo(s) is downloaded, click onto IMG CODE
with your mouse and then right button mouse to "copy"

Do this before you write your text in the forum.

At the bottom of your text, right click your mouse to paste
the IMG CODE

after you hit sunmit, your text and phoyo(s) will appear.

Here is my Photobucket album you can use as an example. YUP!
Every photo has appeared on the BCF !! Us old guys enjoy photos.

I'm also the tarpon champion of the Triumph forum.

regards,
