BUYING AUSTIN HEALEY 3000 IN CANADA.HELP WITH ALL THE DETAILS

sounds exciting - a quick google brought this

I suspect a few on the forum have done this and can provide more specific help.

The only thing I can say is that a member of this forum did buy a car from Canada to (I think) New Jersey - when he went to register the car he doscovered he had to have had the bill of sale noterized here in Canada. Was a bit of a hassle but got it sorted.

good luck!

I brought one over about 13 years ago. Had to pay an import fee of about $450. Paperwork as indicated above. When I registered the car, they put ahold on it for a few weeks while they checked with Canada to make sure it was not stolen.
