Fender Beading front and rear appears to have been removed. PITA to replace.

Smooth the beading, I saw a fellow in Davis that did that, looked clean. Good thing I'm broke, otherwise I'd have to tow it here, only 90 miles away

Issue is under the beading will be rust and if you don't get it all out it will surface again right through your nice paint. The only way to really get it out is to cut the welds and separate fenders, grind off between the seams and add new beading. On Bugsy II the beads in the rear were ground off and seams brazed over. Really looks good and minimal issues there. I will not be replacing beading in the rear. The front is a totally different matter. Assuming I can get the Bonnet off of Bugsy III which has no issues with fender beads on the bonnet, I'll treat the seams on Bugsy II's Bonnet with Rust Converter of some sort. Have new fender beading already but if I can get the other BE/Bonnet not planning on putting any more effort in to fix fender beading.

I've got to replace the beading (front and rear) on my new Bugeye... my wallet is already trembling in fear.

Beading is $55 for a 66" long piece. Got two in a mailing tube available if I get Bugsy III's bonnet.
